A classic cocktail sauce with a BBQ twist added. The addition of Kansas City Sweet BBQ and Bear’s Beef Rub adds a sweet, smoky flavor that is balanced well by the horseradish and lemon. Use this for shrimp cocktail or with any raw or cooked seafood. Makes about 1 ½ cups of cocktail sauce.
Ingredients:
⅔ cup your favorite Ketchup
⅓ cup Bear’s Sweet Kansas City BBQ Sauce
3 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
2 Tablespoons Bear’s Beef Rub
2 Lemons - Juiced
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine the Ketchup, Sweet Kansas Sweet BBQ, Horseradish, Beef Rub and Lemon Juice.
Mix until fully incorporated
Chill and Serve
